If you own or have a long term lease I would go with my full 3 year plan which would be the most benefit long term. For 160 acres it would be $6 per acre plus mileage. That includes the professionally printed spiral binder that will be shipped directly to you if you wish. My other option is basic consultation which runs $30 per hour plus mileage.
